All of our rigid aluminum dew shields are made of durable welded-seam aluminum. The interior is felt-lined to reduce moisture and keep extraneous light from reaching the optics. Heavy duty threaded inserts and nylon thumbscrews assure a secure fit onto the corrector plate rim. Our aluminum dew shields match the color of Meade and Celestron telescopes.

Our flexible dew shields lay flat or roll up for easy storage. They are made of lightweight durable black ABS plastic. The interior is felt-lined to help absorb moisture and to prevent extraneous light from reaching the optics. Sewn Velcro strips facilitate quick wrap-around placement onto the corrector plate rim. A two-inch rubber trim also wraps around the OTA to prevent any slippage. These flexible dew shields are great for all kinds of scopes!
