SHIPPING AND BACKORDER NOTICE

March 19th notice: Due to an unexpected emergency, we are closed beyond the time we expected. If your placed order is urgent for you to receive, we recommend you send a cancellation request to info@astrozap.com so you can make alternative arrangements. Until further notice, all future orders will have delayed shipping (we will notify you when we can give you a shipping date). We send our apologies for the delay. Our goal is to get back to normal as soon as possible.

FedEx and USPS are not guaranteeing delivery dates. Their shipments are being impacted by market conditions and in many cases shipping is taking longer than expected. Please be patient during this time because shipping times are beyond our control.

Occasionally, a product that shows as available to purchase (you are able to add it to your cart and complete your order) may turn out to be temporarily unavailable; if this is the case you will receive an email from us shortly after your order is placed to inform you of the estimated shipping time. If the shipping time is acceptable to you, simply keep your order in place. If the shipping time is unacceptable to you, send us an email (info@astrozap.com) and we will promptly refund the item(s) to your original payment method.

    We try our best to keep current on products that are temporarily out of stock by setting these to show as "SOLD OUT" on Astrozap.com.
    If you are interested in buying a product that is "SOLD OUT" (listed on Astrozap.com but the site will not let you order it) and want to explore the wait time, please send an email to info@astrozap.com with the name and SKU# of the desired product and we will get back to you as soon as we can (usually within 48 hours) with the estimated shipping time frame. If the time is acceptable to you, we can then place your order. Please use info@astrozap.com and not our telephone number to call for estimated shipping times. We have a staff person closely monitoring info@astrozap.com primarily for this purpose. 
          Once an order is placed, we process payments right away to hold customers’ place in our order line.

          After you order, if the shipping time frame becomes unacceptable to you for any reason, you can cancel the order anytime before the product is actually shipped from us, and we will promptly refund your payment.
